1. Eligibility
You may use Tor2Me only if you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and not barred by applicable law. You may not use Tor2Me if we previously removed your account for a serious violation unless we expressly authorise your return.
2. Your account
Provide accurate, current information and maintain only accounts that you are authorised to use. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, device, and account activity. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Tor2Me may require sign-in, phone, email, photo, age, or identity checks to protect the service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Community Guidelines and all applicable laws. You must not:
- Impersonate another person, use fake information, create deceptive accounts, or misrepresent affiliation with Tor2Me.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, coerce, exploit, discriminate against, or harm another person.
- Upload illegal, infringing, hateful, violent, malicious, non-consensual, or sexually exploitative content.
- Use Tor2Me in any way involving a minor or prohibited by our Child Safety Standards.
- Solicit money, run scams, send spam, distribute malware, harvest data, or access another account.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, overload, bypass security, evade enforcement, manipulate recommendations, or use unauthorised automation.
- Use the service for commercial activity unless Tor2Me has given written permission.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to share it. You give Tor2Me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, transmit, and use that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, moderate, and promote the service, subject to your privacy settings and our Privacy Policy.
You may delete content or your account, but copies may remain temporarily in backups or restricted records and may be retained when legally required or necessary for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, or enforcement.
5. Other users and dating safety
Tor2Me does not conduct a criminal background check on every user and cannot guarantee a user's identity, intentions, statements, conduct, or compatibility. A verification badge indicates completion of a particular review; it is not a guarantee of safety or character.
Use judgement, protect personal and financial information, meet in public, control your own transport, and contact emergency services if immediate danger exists. You are responsible for your interactions and decisions.
6. Premium features and subscriptions
Some features require a paid Google Play subscription or another stated purchase. Prices, duration, benefits, renewal terms, and trial details are shown before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the next billing date.
Google Play processes billing, cancellation, and applicable refunds under its terms and local law. Deleting the Tor2Me app or account does not necessarily cancel an external subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription through the Google Play account used to purchase it.
7. Moderation and enforcement
Tor2Me may investigate content or conduct and may warn, restrict, verify, suspend, or terminate accounts; remove content; limit features; or take other reasonable steps to protect users and the service. We may act without prior notice where risk, law, security, or serious violations justify it.
8. Service availability and changes
Features may evolve, vary by device or location, or be interrupted for maintenance, security, legal, or technical reasons. Tor2Me may add, change, or discontinue features and does not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or produce matches or relationships.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tor2Me is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tor2Me and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, reputation, or opportunities arising from the service or another user's conduct. Mandatory consumer protections and liability that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
11. Account termination
You may pause or delete your account through the app. Tor2Me may suspend or terminate access for violations, risk, legal obligations, prolonged inactivity, or discontinuation of the service. Terms that by their nature should continue—including content licences needed for retained records, safety, disclaimers, and liability limits—survive termination.
12. Governing rules and disputes
These terms are governed by laws applicable to the Tor2Me operator, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or legal rights that apply where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support so we can try to resolve the matter. You may also have rights through local courts, regulators, or consumer-protection bodies.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Tor2Me, the law, or our services change. Material updates may be announced through the app or another appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by law.
