Delete your Tor2Me account

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to Tor2Me.
2. Open Profile, then open Account Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Review the permanent-deletion warning and confirm.
5. For security, you may be asked to sign in again before the request is completed.

This is the fastest method because the signed-in app securely identifies the account and submits the deletion to Tor2Me's server-side account-deletion service.

If you cannot access the app

Email Tor2Me Support from the address linked to your account when possible. Include the email address or phone number used for Tor2Me so the correct account can be identified. Do not send your password, one-time verification code, or full payment-card details.

Data covered by the request

Subject to technical, safety, and legal requirements, deletion covers the account and associated information such as:

• Profile information, preferences, interests, and discovery data.
• Uploaded profile photos and photo-verification images where applicable.
• Location and device-linked account data where applicable.
• Likes, passes, matches, and chat or message data where technically and legally applicable.
• Support, report, or moderation data where deletion is legally allowed.

Information that may be retained

Limited information may be retained where reasonably required for fraud and abuse prevention, safety investigations, legal compliance, billing or tax records, dispute resolution, security, enforcement history, or backup recovery cycles. Retained information is restricted and is not kept in the active dating profile.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Tor2Me account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel or manage an active subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions using the Google account that made the purchase.

Processing and verification

In-app deletion is processed after the secure request succeeds. Email requests may require account-ownership verification and additional time. Tor2Me may ask for limited information necessary to identify the correct account and protect against fraudulent deletion attempts.
