1. Be authentic
Use your own identity, recent photos, accurate age, and truthful profile information. Profiles must represent the person who operates the account.
- Do not impersonate another person, a public figure, an organisation, or Tor2Me staff.
- Do not create deceptive, fake, automated, or coordinated accounts.
- Do not misrepresent your relationship intentions, identity, location, or affiliations to manipulate others.
- Do not use another person's photos without permission.
2. Respect boundaries and consent
Every person controls how they communicate and whether they want to continue. A match is not consent to sexual conversation, personal questions, a meeting, or physical contact.
- No harassment, bullying, stalking, threats, intimidation, or repeated unwanted contact.
- No sexual pressure, coercion, sextortion, blackmail, or non-consensual intimate content.
- No hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic.
3. Keep Tor2Me safe for adults
Minors are not permitted on Tor2Me. Never upload, request, sexualise, or distribute content involving a child. Grooming, trafficking, child sexual abuse material, and any attempt to exploit or endanger a child are strictly prohibited.

4. Share appropriate content
Profile and conversation content must be lawful and appropriate for a dating community.
- No graphic violence, credible threats, illegal activity, or content that promotes self-harm.
- No public nudity, pornographic profile content, or unsolicited sexually explicit material.
- No non-consensual recordings, private images, or another person's personal information.
- No malicious links, malware, spam, or content designed to deceive or steal information.
5. No scams or exploitation
Do not use Tor2Me to solicit money, recruit for fraudulent schemes, sell sexual services, promote trafficking, advertise unrelated goods, or manipulate people for financial gain.
- Never request passwords, verification codes, banking credentials, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or emergency payments.
- Do not use romance, investment, employment, immigration, or identity fraud schemes.
- Commercial promotion and mass messaging are not permitted without written authorisation from Tor2Me.
6. Protect privacy
Do not publish another person's phone number, address, workplace, identification document, intimate content, financial information, or other private data. Ask before moving a conversation outside Tor2Me and respect a refusal.
7. Report concerns responsibly
Use reporting tools honestly and include helpful context. Do not submit false or retaliatory reports. If immediate danger exists, contact local emergency services before reporting through Tor2Me.
8. Enforcement
Tor2Me may use automated signals and human review to investigate potential violations. Depending on seriousness, history, risk, and available evidence, action may include a warning, content removal, reduced access, verification requirements, suspension, or permanent account deletion.
Serious safety matters may be preserved or referred to relevant authorities or child-safety organisations when legally required. Attempts to evade enforcement through new accounts may result in further action.
